The Opportunity Agenda prioritizes timely work that builds long-term capacity on critical issues. Oftentimes that means developing or joining coalitions, identifying the greatest barriers to success faced on that issue, developing solutions to those barriers, and then winding down a line of work to free up capacity for the next critical issue area.

The result of this approach is often that we produce tools or research that fundamentally shift a movement’s strategy, train movement members on the use of those tools or research, and then remain in a more limited “of counsel” role as they implement the evolved strategy.
