About
Ariana Busby is the Network Coordinator at the Radical Communicators Network (RadComms). Ariana began her career strategizing digital advocacy and online-to-offline organizing campaigns for progressive issues including gun violence prevention, labor organizing, and housing justice. At RadComms, she is thrilled to cultivate an active community of practice for thousands of social justice communications workers from around the world by building infrastructure and strengthening the network’s offerings to the field. This includes curating programming like #RadSessions (peer-to-peer learning sessions), conceptualizing and writing a forthcoming narrative power curriculum, overseeing member recruitment and cultivating membership experience, and managing the daily operations of the network. A trained playwright and avid home cook, Ariana enjoys exploring her Iranian and Cuban roots through art and food.
