Director of Finance

The Opportunity Agenda (TOA) seeks an experienced and strategic financial leader with a proven record in impactful fiscal management to guide the organization’s financial operations. As a highly responsible, senior-level administrative role, the Director of Finance oversees a broad range of financial and internal control responsibilities critical to TOA’s success. This position requires excellent interpersonal communication (oral and written) and supervisory management skills, as well as expertise in all phases of financial strategy, budgeting, and risk management. Media Research Associate, Health Equity Works

The Opportunity Agenda (TOA) seeks a skilled and passionate Media Research Associate to support Health Equity Works (HEW), a communications campaign amplifying nonprofits and advocacy organizations advancing health equity. Hosted in collaboration with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, HEW promotes a positive national narrative on equity and justice. This role involves conducting in-depth opposition research, media monitoring, and social listening to shape strategies and support rapid response initiatives.
