Glenn is the founder of JustLeadershipUSA, a national nonpartisan membership organization whose goal is to reduce by 2030 the number of people in prison by half. He is co-founder of the Education Inside Out Coalition, a 2011-2012 America’s Leaders of Change National Urban Fellow, and a member of the boards of the College and Community Fellowship and Prisoners Legal Services. He currently serves on NYC Community Board 10, and the NYC Council Task Force to End Gun Violence.
